Every piece is made to order and shipped worldwide. Here's what to expect.
Processing
Your order is produced and prepared within 2 to 5 business days of purchase. You'll receive tracking the moment it ships.
Delivery windows
Delivery time after processing:
- Canada: 5 to 8 business days
- United States: 6 to 10 business days
- Europe: 8 to 12 business days
- Rest of world: 10 to 15 business days
All orders arrive within 20 business days at the latest. Most land well before that.
Tracking
Every order ships tracked. Your tracking link is emailed automatically once your piece leaves production.
Duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your country. These are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong address
Double-check your shipping details at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you catch a mistake fast, email contact@perplexcityclub.com. If it hasn't shipped, we'll fix it.
Lost or delayed
If tracking stalls or your order doesn't arrive in the window above, reach out. We'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
