These terms govern your use of perplexcityclub.com and any purchase you make from Perplex City Club. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Perplex City Club is a lifestyle brand operated out of Montréal, Canada. You can reach us at contact@perplexcityclub.com.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including where a product is mispriced, unavailable, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you're refunded in full.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is taken in full at checkout. You confirm that the payment method used is yours.

4. Products

Our pieces are made to order. We work to represent colors and prints accurately, but screens vary and slight differences between the image and the delivered piece are normal, not defects.

5. Shipping & returns

Delivery and return terms are set out in our Shipping and Returns & Refunds policies, which form part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, prints, names, logos, and content on this site belong to Perplex City Club. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, attempt to breach its security, or interfere with its operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Perplex City Club is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and applicable Canadian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Québec.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
